International Conference on Digital Business Innovation and Technology Management (ICONBIT 2026) hosted by Universitas Negeri Surabaya and will be held in Surabaya, Indonesia (Hybrid), on 18 December 2026. ICONBIT 2026 will be the most comprehensive conference focused on various advances in informatics and its applications. This conference provides an opportunity for academic and industrial professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the areas of informatics, computer science, information systems, information technology, and software engineering. The conference aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to share innovative ideas, cutting-edge research findings, and practical solutions in the rapidly evolving field of informatics. We encourage submissions that address both theoretical foundations and practical applications across various domains of technology. In addition, the conference will publish high-quality papers related to various theories and practical applications in informatics. Furthermore, we expect that the conference and its publications will trigger further research and technological improvements in this important subject. We are committed to making 2025 2nd BTS-I2C a conference of high quality and integrity. All manuscripts from our last conference The 2024 1st BTS-I2C have been published in IEEE Xplore, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence and ensuring wide dissemination of research outcomes.
We invite researchers to submit original research papers for presentation at the conference. Papers should address theoretical or practical issues in, but not limited to, the following areas:

Registration payments are made via EDAS using a credit card at an exchange rate of US dollars. Confirmation is automatic because it uses the EDAS system. If your payment is successful, the status will change to "PAID".

Whether intentional or not, plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work (e.g., tables, figures and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper citation.
We define the maximum plagiarism of 20% similarity is acceptable.

Similarity Check: Each paper submitted in EDAS is checked using iThenticate. Final submission with a similarity rate higher than 20% will no longer be considered for publication.

All submitted papers are subjected to a peer review process by 3 reviewers. Decision of a paper acceptance is based on the average score and the comments given by the reviewers. The accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers' comments, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Uploading final manuscripts for accepted papers is essentially the same as uploading your review manuscript. Do NOT register a new paper. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE TITLE AND AUTHORS ENTERED ARE CORRECT BEFORE PERFORMING THESE STEPS.

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore digital library (in process). However, no guarantee that the content will be published in Xplore®️ and indexed in Scopus. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
